At Goleudy, we work tirelessly to prevent homelessness and create lasting change in people's lives. We provide housing, support, and meaningful opportunities with the mission of improving the lives of people who are threatened with or experience homelessness, a housing crisis, mental health issues, and trauma.

What sets Goleudy apart is our deep-rooted commitment to the principles, assumptions, and techniques of Solution-Focused Practice (SFP). SFP is a socially constructed form of psychotherapy, and for us, it's not just a method- it's a mindset that underpins everything we do. We are a Solution-Focused organisation, which means we see every person as capable, resourceful, and the expert in their own life. We work collaboratively with the people we support to identify their strengths, amplify their existing resources, and build their own pathways to change.

This approach is embedded across the organisation; in our services, our culture, and the way we support both clients and staff. Everyone at Goleudy is expected to understand, adopt, and continually develop their use of Solution-Focused Practice. As part of your employment, you will receive complete training in SFP and ongoing opportunities to build your skills.
