Factory Operative – Trainee | Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex | Full Time | Starting salary of £27,000–£29,000, with an increase following successful completion of the 6-month probation period

With a strong reputation for quality and technical excellence, they are continuing to grow and are now looking for a Trainee Factory Operative to join their team in Burnham-on-Crouch.

Are you the right person for the job?
* Ideally, have previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
* Able to work efficiently to strict deadlines
* Forklift experience is desirable (but not essential)
* Comfortable with manual handling and some heavy lifting
* Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn new skills
What will your role look like?
* Filling and assembling products in line with the manufacturing schedule
* Labelling containers accurately to batch card specifications
* Supporting warehouse operations when required
* Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the factory
