Are you a confident project manager who thrives on delivery, accountability and driving meaningful change? Join Elysium Healthcare as a Business Optimisation Project Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of key programmes, including the Rostering Programme and Labour Curve Efficiency project, alongside other priority initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Programme Lead, you will take full ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring agreed outputs are delivered on time, to standard and fully embedded into business as usual.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, subject‑matter experts and workstream owners, creating clear plans, setting milestones, managing dependencies and holding teams to account for progress and quality. This role is both strategic and hands‑on. You'll actively manage risks, issues and dependencies, maintain clear governance and reporting, and elevate concerns where delivery is at risk. You’ll be confident driving decisions at pace, managing slippage and navigating complex HR, contractual and compliance considerations.
You’ll provide clear, decision‑focused reporting to governance forums, maintaining oversight of RAID, critical paths and delivery confidence.
