Pay range
Salary: £70,000 per annum plus bonus.
About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Home Manager to join our team at Sanders Senior Living. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, managing staff, providing support, and encouraging their professional growth. You will create a nurturing environment for residents by upholding high standards of care and ensuring that each individual receives excellent levels of care.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in home management.
* Track record of achieving Good CQC reports.
* Management qualification; NVQ Level 5 qualified or working towards it.
* Experience in person‑centred care planning and caring for individuals with dementia.
* Positive attitude, strong communication skills, ability to work well with others.
* Good organisational skills and time management.
