SEMH Teaching Assistant Full Time Skelmersdale Temporary to Permanent Opportunity A specialist community school in Skelmersdale is seeking a resilient and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team on a full-time basis. The school provides specialist support for pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support to access education successfully. Staff work closely together to create a safe, consistent and engaging learning environment where pupils are encouraged to build confidence, regulate emotions and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils both inside and outside of the classroom. You will help students engage with learning, manage behaviour positively and develop important social and emotional skills.
