We are searching for a creative, yet data-driven performance marketing manager to drive results for our top-spending clients on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
As a Performance Marketing Manager at TNT, you will analyze the entire sales funnel—from ad view to conversion and LTV—identify bottlenecks, and develop hypotheses to improve performance. You will lead a team including a media buyer, creative producer, copywriters, and video editors, all focused on generating high-ROAS sales that scale client spend.

Requirements
* 3-5+ Years Experience: Performance marketing experience with direct accountability for ad spend and ROAS, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment
* Problem Solver: Skilled at removing bottlenecks and leveraging new tech and strategies
* Data-Driven: Proficient with spreadsheets and analytics to detect patterns and insights
* Creative Marketer: Ability to develop innovative strategies and ad concepts
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and execute plans effectively
* Ownership: Pride in delivering high-quality, compliant work on time
* Communication: Excellent at working with clients and internal teams to clarify needs and expectations
