Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including articles, guides, videos, podcasts, presentations, and social media. Create customer-focused content that supports audiences at different stages of their financial journey. Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, print, advertising, and internal communications. Collaborate with marketing, design, and other stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns with measurable impact. Adapt tone, style, and messaging for different audiences, products, and communication channels. Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches to support broader marketing and business objectives. Manage editorial calendars and identify opportunities to optimise content performance and engagement. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: Experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, or journalism, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry. Knowledge of investment, savings, retirement, or wealth management products. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. The ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
