Working Hours - Monday to Friday 6am until job finish
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure that the product is boned and trimmed according to customers'/company specifications as directed by the Boning Hall Manager
To ensure that the product is boned out to the customer/company standards with maximum yield and minimum waste
To ensure that you work to the best of your ability to meet production deadlines.
To ensure all jobs are carried out as per the Safe working procedures
To work as part of a team and take responsibility for your work
To ensure that current Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements for personal protective equipment are met.
To carry out all procedures in a correct and safe manner as per training
To ensure the maintenance of good hygiene standards
To comply with company policy on all matters concerning health & safety
To comply with company policy on safe food handling and hygiene at all times.
To report to the Boning Hall supervisor any problems with equipment or machinery
Any other reasonable duties may be assigned as deemed necessary
Knowledge and Experience:
-experienced Bhall/knife operatives
-experience of working with a knife
