A leading service provider in customer support is seeking a Service Performance & Resilience Manager to oversee IT service performance, capacity, and resilience. You will work in a hybrid model from New Milton, ensuring customer-facing services are fast, resilient, and observable. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in capacity management, AWS, Azure, and ITIL frameworks.
