Night Supervisor – Front Desk
The Night Supervisor is responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit. With knowledge of the hotel’s products and services you will handle all guest requests, including additional room amenities or room service delivery. This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift, using initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
