Telephone Sales Executive (No Experience Required)

Flair Group has partnered with an innovative, fast growing financial solutions provider that is seeking individuals who are new to, or looking to start, their careers in business to business (B2B) sales. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that offers the development and tools needed to succeed in a sales environment.

Our client offers an exceptional development programme designed to get you up and running quickly instilling both the confidence and skill set required to thrive.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed in a fast paced sales environment, enjoy the excitement of closing deals, and be driven to progress their career and increase their earnings.

This position is based in a modern office just a short walk from Brighton Station, with the option of home office flexibility after completing probation.

What You'll Be Doing

*

Making outbound sales calls to businesses that could benefit from our client’s financial solutions, currently used by over 200,000 small businesses.

*

Take ownership of your day, making cold sales calls and managing existing accounts using our client’s extensive database and sales tools.

*

Make 30–50 outbound calls per day, connecting with key decision-makers and introducing our client’s solutions to targeted businesses.

*

Begin to build relationships with potential clients, offering tailored credit solutions.

*

Operate professionally and in full compliance with FCA regulations (full training will be provided).

Is motivated to begin or progress their career in B2B sales.

Has the right mindset, energy, and drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Has excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Possesses an adaptable mindset and a creative approach to managing the sales cycle.
