Role
We are now looking for a Business Development Manager – Defence Air Industry to join our team. In this role, you will take responsibility for growing a profitable portfolio of clients, shaping sector strategy, and overseeing high-value bids. You will:
Shape and execute sector growth strategies across Consultancy and Ventures.
Own client relationships and run bid processes to secure profitable contracts.
Collaborate with technical, strategy, and delivery teams to align services with client needs.
Identify opportunities for capability and capacity growth.
About You
Deep market knowledge and key relationships in Defence Air.
Experience securing and leading large-scale contracts.
Solid commercial acumen and experience managing supply chains.
Effective communicator, able to gain buy-in across senior levels and teams.
