Youll work directly with the founder, a former Global CMO and leading voice in UK property marketing, and an international team to build systems, coordinate delivery, and maintain operational flow. Youll have the trust, autonomy, and authority to make sure things happen as planned. You'll also get a daily masterclass in world-class marketing.
We meet 12 days a week in Grantham, so being within comfortable travel distance is essential for rhythm and alignment.
Your Core Purpose Take the founders marketing vision and turn it into an organised, delivered reality, driving people, priorities, and progress.
What Youll Actually Do Strategic Integration Take ideas from meetings, voice notes, and whiteboards, and translate them into structured marketing plans
Prioritise high-value actions over noise and nice-to-haves
Turn concept ? plan ? task ? follow-up ? completion
Delivery Control Act as the taskmaster for marketing execution, ensuring designers, content creators, freelancers, analysts, and others deliver on time
Chase without drama, firm, polite, consistent accountability
Keep everything visible through Monday.com (or similar)
Systems & Consistency Build repeatable workflows: campaign launches, report release schedules, data analysis to content pipeline, email marketing rollouts, social media cadence, etc.
Help develop IP into templated, scalable frameworks ready for scale
Founder Sync & Momentum Meet in-person weekly in Grantham to align on goals and extract priorities
Convert abstract ambition into clear deliverables with ownership and follow-through
Shield the founder from noise, surface only decisions and high-value actions
