What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Managing and processing customer orders
2. Keeping shared inboxes organised, ensuring prompt, professional communication
3. Reviewing orders for accuracy and alignment with company guidelines
4. Proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies before processing
5. Handling multiple priorities with ease — supporting customers and processing orders
6. Learning to navigate SAP and understand the full order journey from entry to completion
7. Ensuring accurate data handling in line with GDPR and company policies
8. Keeping customer platforms updated
What We’re Looking For:
9. Strong organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
12. Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
13. Experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (SAP knowledge is a plus!)
