We're looking for Mentors to support learners aged 4-18 across Lymington who may be permanently excluded (PEX) or at risk of exclusion. About the Role: Mentoring is a powerful provision that helps young people: Build confidence and self-esteem Develop positive relationships with trusted adults Re-engage with education and learning Explore hobbies and interests that bring joy and purposeEach young person is unique, and the level of input required will vary. Some may need regular sessions, while others benefit from short-term support during key transitions.
