This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with pupils, building trust, confidence and academic progress through personalised support in a calm, structured setting. About the role: Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN Support learning Deliver structured, engaging sessions tailored to the pupils individual needs Help build confidence, independence and exam readiness Work closely with school staff to follow learning plans and targets All sessions will take place on-site within the school environment Were looking for someone who: Has experience supporting young people with SEN (school, tuition or care settings) Is confident supporting English and Maths Is patient, calm and able to build positive relationships Can adapt learning approaches to suit individual needs Holds an Enhanced DBS (or is happy to apply for one) Why work with Hello Education?
