Tiger Bites Pig are seeking passionate and skilled chefs of all levels to join our ever-growing Birmingham team.
This positions are ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment along with a commitment to food quality. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Service charge is split equally amongst the team and is very lucrative due to the small number of staff. In the past three months it has equated to an extra £400 per month per person dependent on site.
Duties
* Daily kitchen operations and food production.
* Help in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for dishes.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
* Handle any issues that arise within the kitchen promptly and effectively.
Skills
* Strong culinary skills with a passion for food production and hospitality.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members efficiently.
* Capability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation.
