Shift Details:
* 4 x 10.5-hour shifts per week
* Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM 3:00 AM
* Thursday night shift finishes at 2:00 AM
* Overtime available and encouraged

Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to bend and form metal components
* Work with mild steel, with occasional stainless steel and aluminium
* Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate bending and forming
* Select appropriate tooling and set machine parameters accordingly
* Carry out in-process quality checks to ensure components meet required specifications
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

About You:
* Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
* Experience using CNC press brake machinery
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
