We're looking for an Account Support Administrator to join our commercial team and play a vital role in supporting key customer accounts and ensuring operational excellence. What You'll Be Doing: Provide administrative support to the commercial team and help deliver account strategies. Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently from start to finish. Resolve EDI errors and liaise with haulage/transport partners as required. Input and maintain pricing in JDE; communicate prices to customers where needed. Set up and amend SKUs in both internal and external systems. Work closely with customers and internal teams to maintain accurate forecasting. Manage KPI trackers and investigate returns, rejections, shortages, and debit notes. Help coordinate customer visits, including displays, logistics and refreshments. Order samples, support Brandbank listings, and raise/receipt purchase orders. Contribute to process improvements and provide cover for team members during leave. Participate in a weekend order processing rota. What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Effective communication and a collaborative, team-focused mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and adapt to changing demands.
