Teaching Assistant - SEN School — £13.75/hour (Paid weekly via PAYE) | Start ASAP | Full-time or Part-time | Term Time Only

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive SEN schools in Romsey, dedicated to meeting the needs of pupils with a wide range of additional learning and developmental needs. The school offers a nurturing environment where staff work closely to support students' academic, emotional, and social progress.
This is a varied and rewarding role that requires flexibility, patience, and a strong commitment to inclusive education.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils across the curriculum, in the classroom and during individual or small group interventions.
* Help students overcome barriers to learning, develop key life skills, and engage positively with their education.
* Contribute to a caring and inclusive learning environment and work closely with other staff.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN or in a care/support role is preferred but not essential.
* Calm, nurturing, and adaptable under pressure
* Able to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
* Team-oriented and proactive
* Committed to promoting wellbeing and safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
