Responsibilities:
* Core Responsibilities:
* Management of stakeholder diaries, ensuring they have all necessary documents for meetings and are well prepared.
* Proactive research, organisation and delegation of travel logistics (including visas, accommodation, flights, taxis etc).
* Stakeholder meeting management, including preparation (e.g., briefing notes, slides, bios of meeting attendees) and attendance of meetings (e.g., producing minutes, transcribing recorded meetings and creating follow-up actions), when required.
* Project coordination - carry out specific projects and research when required, including attending meetings (as requested) to understand requirements, delivery timescales, supporting actions and regular interaction with project teams.
* Draft, produce and proofread internal and external correspondence/documentation e.g.
