Aftersales Advisor Job Opportunity in Rochester, Kent
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Advisor to join their dynamic team in Rochester, Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and managing complex aftersales cases.
The successful Individual will play a key role in handling warranty claims, customer complaints, and post-sales issues, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Benefits:
1. Competitive salary between £30,000 and £34,000 per annum
2. OTE up to £36,000 with performance-based progression
3. Flexible working hours, with Monday to Friday schedules and Saturday mornings

Duties:
6. Managing warranty claims and customer complaints professionally and efficiently
7. Handling aftersales issues and resolving customer concerns to ensure positive outcomes
8. Using ticketing systems to document and collate relevant information
9. Coordinating with technical teams and management for approvals on warranty or re-visits
10. Following up with customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and retention
11. De-escalating tense situations and managing difficult conversations skilfully
12. Conducting reports and identifying opportunities for additional sales or service follow-up
13. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all interactions and cases
14. Supporting the team in running effective processes to enhance customer experience
Individual Specification:
15. Previous experience in a similar aftersales, warranty, or customer service role within the motor trade
16. Confident in handling complaints and challenging unreasonable claims
17. Calm, professional, and capable of working under pressure
18. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
19. Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach
20. Able to manage multiple cases simultaneously and follow processes diligently
21. Flexible to work full-time hours, including occasional Saturdays
22. Previous experience with ticketing systems and warranty procedures is advantageous
