Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Worcester. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
We offer an excellent basic salary with an OTE of up to £31,500 plus benefits.
A Parts Advisor plays a key role by interacting with all areas of the business, including sales, service, and customers. You will be involved in supplying VW parts to the public, trade customers, and our workshops. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service for one of the world's leading car brands.

Role And Responsibilities
1. Work involves diverse tasks, including receiving deliveries and serving customers at the front desk.
2. Responsible for pre-picking parts for workshop jobs, customer orders, and checking stock availability.
3. Develop customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls, walk-in customers, and internet inquiries by providing product knowledge and creating a positive first impression.
4. Ensure consumables and service parts are replenished regularly to provide efficient service to workshops, departments, and customers.
5. Handle warranty claims related to parts and complete all relevant administrative tasks accurately, including customer records and invoicing.
6. Develop knowledge of VW products to understand the purpose and function of vehicle parts.
About You
1. Experience as a parts advisor within a dealership or motor factor knowledge in a similar role is preferred.
2. Alternatively, a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn are sufficient for training.
3. Ability to establish and build rapport with customers quickly.
4. Proactive, sales-driven, and committed to high customer service standards.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Professional, able to meet tight deadlines.
