Fierté Multi-Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a full-time Class Teacher to work at Heathfields Infant Academy. Fixed Term – 2 Years We are a forward-thinking Academy, determined to drive standards. Heathfields Infant and Wilnecote Junior work closely together and have shared values and vision. The schools have improved significantly since the last Ofsted reports. Our children are enthusiastic, well behaved and share a love of learning. The successful candidate will join a supportive, well- motivated staff. • We are a school that believes in encouraging everyone to learn and as a result children and staff have options to take part in a range of learning opportunities. • We have a supportive community, and parents engage well with the school and support learning. • We have a feedback policy which reduces workload for teachers. • We work hard to improve children's and staff well-being. • We have a well-equipped outdoor learning environment. • We have a strong coaching and mentoring programme to support professional development at all levels. • We have a supportive ECT programme which ensures teachers successfully complete their induction. • We are three form entry which allows planning and preparation to be shared across a team of teachers.
