Job Opportunity: Workforce Planning and Information Lead
An opportunity has arisen to join our Human Resources team as a Workforce Planning and Information Lead at NHS Golden Jubilee. You will provide a professional and comprehensive Workforce Planning and Information service to various stakeholders within NHS Golden Jubilee.
You should have substantial experience in Workforce Planning and the use of workforce information to support people and service planning across services. Operational responsibility for workforce data and e-rostering systems is essential, ensuring all services provide customer-focused data solutions.
The ideal candidate will be postgraduate qualified with significant practical workforce planning experience and familiarity with systems that provide data insights. Proficiency in workforce and data analytics for comprehensive reporting is required. Experience in a large public sector organization, preferably NHS, is desirable. Good time management skills are essential to handle workload effectively.
Excellent communication, influencing, and people management skills, combined with a solution-focused approach, are vital for success in this role.
