Key Responsibilities:
* Support the end-to-end recruitment process for contract tech roles across various levels.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, culture fit, and potential to contribute.
* Build and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.
* Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Stay updated on the latest tech industry trends to continuously improve your recruitment approach.
Location: Farringdon, London
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00am-18:00pm Friday 8:00am-15:00pm
Working Model: Full-time, on-site
