Aa a Pharmacy Technician you will manage medication systems,supporting GPs by handling repeat prescriptions, reconciling medicinespost-discharge, resolving patient queries, and ensuring safe, efficientprescribing processes. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team,helping meet quality targets and improving patient understanding of theirmedications.Where there are supply issues with medications liaising withpatients and pharmacies about alternatives that are available.

* Patient Support:Answering medication-related queries, providing advice, and supporting self-management.
* Audits & Quality:Preparing for audits, contributing to Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) targets or other projects set by the Integrated Care Board (ICB or Primary Care Network (PCN), and improving prescribing safety.
* Team Collaboration:Working with GPs, pharmacists, and admin staff to streamline workflows and improve patient care.
* Data Management:Organizing and updating patient records to maintain safe, auditable practice.

* Skills:Excellent communication, accuracy, attention to detail, IT proficiency (Microsoft Office), confidentiality, and organisational skills.
* Knowledge:Understanding of PCN structures, NHS policy, and primary care systems
