What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Consultant is to provide outstanding service, educate customers on digital platforms, and promote financial inclusion by raising fraud awareness and supporting vulnerable customers.
We seek passionate, ambitious individuals with a helpful personality who can engage in meaningful conversations and go above and beyond for customers. Previous experience is helpful but not essential; we value your ability to connect and assist.

Within this role, you will:
1. Be the first point of contact within our Branch Customer Service Team, taking ownership of customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
2. Educate customers about HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
3. Identify vulnerable customers and support them appropriately.
4. Assist customers with complex banking needs to ensure they feel supported.

When & where you'll work
Full-Time roles are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (not all branches open on Saturday). This position requires working 35 hours weekly. If on a student visa restricting hours, we cannot proceed. Support for other branches within a reasonable distance may be available, with expenses reimbursed.
Your training
Full training will be provided in-branch over 9 days across 3 weeks, covering systems, products, and services. Attendance is mandatory during training; holidays cannot be taken during this period.
