The Role
As Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and education. You'll ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted regulations, maintain a safe and secure environment, and work closely with families to support each child's individual development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners
* Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safety
* Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers
* Oversee planning, assessments, and curriculum delivery
* Manage budgets, staffing, and nursery operations
* Maintain compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
* Proven experience in a nursery leadership role
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for working with children
