Job Title: Industrial Spray Painter (Metal & Plastic)
Location: Clitheroe
Pay Rate: £14.96/hour (increases to £17.65/hour after training with shift allowance)
Shift Pattern
* Training Shift: 6:00am 2:00pm
* Post-Training Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team in Clitheroe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spraying both metal and plastic components to a high standard, working within a fast-paced industrial environment.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with excellent progression and enhanced pay once training is completed.
Key Responsibilities
* Spray painting of industrial metal and plastic parts to specification
* Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required
* Ensuring paint application meets quality and safety standards
* Maintaining spray equipment and workspace cleanliness
* Following job sheets, instructions, and health & safety procedures
Requirements:
* Proven experience in industrial spray painting (metal & plastic)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and quality
* Willingness to work shifts after training
* Reliable and punctual
Pay & Hours:
* Training Period: £14.96/hour (6:00am 2:00pm)
* Post-Training Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm at £17.65/hour (includes 18% shift allowance)
