Responsibilities
* Register new projects on CRM systems and manage Expression of Interest requests from appointed companies.
* Record, maintain and track customer information in the LHC CRM database.
* Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure positive outcomes.
* Support event organisation, marketing collateral production, and market research activities.
* Assist with diary management, meeting room bookings, and general office coordination.
* Deal effectively and professionally with client and supplier enquiries via telephone and email.
* Maintain electronic filing systems.
* Participate in training sessions and workshops as part of the apprenticeship programme (Full training provided by the training provider).
Additional information
* We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our team as an Administration Assistant while completing a Level 3 Administration apprenticeship.
* You will work closely with the Senior Business Co-ordinator and the WPA team, providing support to ensure projects and office operations run smoothly. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.
* This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment.

Qualifications

* Prior experience in customer service or office environment (desirable)
* Familiarity with CRM systems or document management platforms (desirable)
