Industry: Capital Equipment Sales (Small Filling Line Depositors)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + 10,000 commission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing a Midlands territory, focusing on selling small filling line depositors.
Our machines are used across various sectors including food, beverage, cosmetics, and healthcare. All equipment is manufactured in the UK, and our company boasts a £5 million turnover with 35 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business within the Midlands region.
Product Focus: Selling liquid filling equipment for products such as yogurts, jams, shampoos, and gels.
Achieve a monthly sales target of £65,000,
Average order value £12,500-£25,000
Focus on new business acquisition with a "hunter mentality.
Prospecting by whatever means you feel comfortable with
Engineering background
Sales cycle can last 3-6 months
Selling to engineering managers, production managers & business owners
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in capital equipment sales or engineering components.
ENG background
Open to a Junior engineer who wants to forge a career in sales possibly from an internal sales or service engineering background
Strong technical sales background, capable of engaging in a technical-based sell.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in new business generation.
Offer:
£40/50k base salary plus £5,000-£10,000 commission.
