We pride ourselves on our exceptional teams and the highest standard of service delivered by our therapists.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide a first‑class service delivering a range of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments including facials, massages and nail treatments.</li><li>Maximise treatment and retail sales to achieve targets and KPIs.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations.</li><li>Provide professional advice to guests via talks, demonstrations and spa tours, and recommend suitable homecare advice.</li><li>Carry out all spa treatments to required standards, ensuring treatment times are adhered to and staying current with product ranges and new treatments.</li><li>Follow Champneys protocols and training programmes. Attend required training to offer the full range of treatments for your therapist grade.</li><li>Maintain working areas, ensuring equipment is fully operational, clean, and report any defects to maintenance. Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and use safe work practices.</li><li>Liaise positively with managers and reception staff about scheduled treatments, changes, and additions to meet guests’ needs.
