The school provides high-quality education and care for children and young people with severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism spectrum conditions (ASC), and complex needs. The school also caters for children of a secondary age group working on a primary curriculum. As a classroom teacher, you'll lead a team of support staff to deliver engaging, differentiated, and inclusive learning experiences tailored to each pupil's needs. You'll play a key role in promoting independence, communication, and life skills, while fostering a safe and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. You will also work with the SENCO to ensure they are meeting the needs of individual children's EHCP's (Educational Health Care Plan).
