Founded in 2021, we are a rapidly growing company in the Energy Efficiency sector, delivering retrofit solutions into communities across the UK to improve the energy efficiency of homes.
Based on Phoenix Park near Nottingham, we are looking for Site Supervisors to join our team to oversee the installation of energy efficiency measures under our Warm Homes: Local Grant (WH:LG) projects across the Midlands.
You will oversee day-to-day site operations of domestic retrofit projects ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working with the Site Manager to supervise and coordinate on-site activities with installation teams
* Ensure all works are carried out in line with project specifications, timelines and health and safety regulations.
* Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring quality workmanship
* Perform pre, mid and post installation safety and quality inspections, maintaining accurate records
* Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
* Act as an effective and pro-active point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and customers
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
* Proven experience in a Site Supervisor (or similar) role
* Strong understanding of construction processes and site management
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
* Experience of effectively managing internal and external stakeholders
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* CSCS card
* Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
* Experience in domestic retrofit schemes with an understanding of PAS2030:2023 and PAS2035
* Experience or understanding of energy efficiency measures such as Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps and fabric insulation.
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per year

LOCATION
This role is site based with a expectation to attend office meetings as required. Our sites are generally within a 2-hour radius of our office in NG8 6BA.
