You will play a vital role in bridging gaps in learning for KS3 or KS4 pupils, boosting engagement, confidence and attainment through tailored, meaningful sessions.

Role Responsibilities
Plan, deliver and review 1:1 tailored lessons for KS3/KS4 learners
Support pupils who may be vulnerable, disengaged or at risk
Adapt teaching to meet individual needs and learning styles
Build positive, trusting relationships to encourage engagement
Provide consistent, structured support to help close learning gaps
Experience, Training and Qualifications
QTS or equivalent OR relevant tutoring experience
UK classroom experience preferred but not essential
Creative, patient and able to think outside the box
Experience working with SEND, SEMH or disengaged pupils
To Be Eligible for This Role, You Must:
Hold the right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child‑barred list DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
Provide two professional, child‑related references
