What you’ll be doing

1. Driving performance across EE payment solutions, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate prioritisation and resources are in place to support plans.
2. Ensuring delivery of new product developments, optimising and enhancing existing payment methods with a focus on customer experience and FCA regulatory compliance across all channels.
3. Managing cross-functional teams to deliver change, including a wide range of internal and external partner stakeholders.
4. Creating and using reporting and insight to drive continuous improvement across programme KPIs.
5. Working with stakeholders including FCA regulated partners to ensure effective and compliant Go to Market plans for specific Financial Services products ensuring plans are fully interlocked with Channels and Service.
6. Supporting Financial Services Propositions Senior Manager to develop the Ways to Pay strategy and drive P&L delivery.

Experience needed to be successful in the role

7. Experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of new product launches and the in-life maintenance/development of existing financial services products within an FCA regulated environment. Ideally this will have come from working with "Buy Now Pay Later" or similar other ways to pay related products.
8. Experience in both delivering change and driving performance within a regulated environment, tracking product performance and both creating and delivering on action plans.
9. Proven history of engaging and influencing a wide variety of stakeholders both externally (Customers and third-party providers) and internally at all levels across large consumer businesses.
10. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, up to an executive through various methods including presentations, data analysis, email and phone
11. Demonstrated commercial acumen and financial literacy with the ability to develop and present customer focused financial propositions.
