We are looking to recruit passionate Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team of Support Workers in the Corby Area.

The Relief Support Worker role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose shifts based on your availability and the needs of the service.
As a Relief Support Worker, flexibility is essential as you may work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep-ins, and waking nights. Your ability to adapt is crucial to meet the needs of the people we support. The role can be challenging at times, so a positive mindset and a desire to improve the lives of individuals with learning disabilities are vital. You should be quick-thinking and have a can-do attitude.
What does a Relief Support Worker do?
You will provide outstanding support to help individuals live more comfortable, dignified, liberated, and happy lives, including:
* Supporting independence—budget management, paying bills, housework, organizing appointments, and cooking healthy meals.
* Building relationships—helping individuals understand the world around them and promoting positive relationships.
* Community & Social Inclusion—supporting access to local community activities and social events to promote life skills and individuality.
* Personal care—assisting with daily routines, medication prompts, bathing, showering, and bathroom use. Not all roles involve high levels of personal care.
