L2/L3 Application Support

Your responsibilities
* Provide L2 technical support for industrial automation systems, HMIs, SCADA systems and robotics.
* Provide L2/L3 technical support for MES applications.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvements.
* Create and maintain technical documents.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
* Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and business stakeholders for their particular area.
* Track and report progress to stakeholders.
* Work experience in ServiceNow and knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, and Knowledge Management processes.
Your profile
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience
* Expertise in industrial automation protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus.
* Knowledge of MES/MOM and ISA 95.
* Experience with programming languages such as C#, .NET, and Java.
* Working knowledge of Wonderware or similar SCADA applications.
