You will be joining a growing organisation within the property and asset management sector, working as part of a collaborative, people‑focused team where your contributions genuinely matter. Based in Glasgow and operating on a hybrid model of four days in the office and one from home, the organisation ismitted to fostering a supportive, inclusive and high‑performing workplace. The role offers a salary between £27,000 and £30,000, depending on experience.
Your new role
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth and effective HR operations while supporting an exceptional employee experience. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, using an HRIS platform to streamline processes, maintain accurate data and produce valuable people insights. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll and offboarding, act as the first point of contact for HR queries, and support internalmunications, well‑being initiatives and small People & Culture projects. The role also involves processing multiple payrolls in collaboration with Finance and external providers, ensuringpliance with employment legislation and internal policies, and identifying opportunities to improve and automate HR processes. This is a hands‑on position offering the opportunity to positively influence workplace culture.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring previous HR experience-ideally at Coordinator level or within a fast‑paced People function-along with proven experience processing multiple payrolls accurately. Strong organisational andmunication skills are essential, together with the ability to build strong relationships across the business and handle sensitive information with discretion. You’ll be proactive, solutions‑focused and confident working with data to produce meaningful HR reports. Experience using HR systems is beneficial, and CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or working towards it) is desirable. A genuine interest in employee well‑being will further support your success in this role.
