Employment Solicitor – Bristol
My client is a top tier Legal 100 law firm who is hiring in its employment department for a Qualified Solicitor. This team are ranked in legal directories who act for a broad range of employers across the private and public sectors.
The role
* Work across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Advise clients in sectors such as health, local government, housing, higher education and financial services
* Manage your own caseload and assist on larger, complex cases with colleagues
What experience is needed
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
* Strong Employment law knowledge, including advisory and Employment Tribunal experience
* Ability to advise on policies, TUPE, senior exits, restructures and due diligence
* Excellent client skills and a commercial, collaborative approach
