What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Coordinate systems upgrades, implementations as required including co-ordinating testing in conjunction with the Systems Team
* Ensure maximum system availability through control and improvement of system activities
*
* Delivery of projects and system change requests from an on site position, adhering to the agreed methodology
* Responsible for systems incident management, overseeing escalations and assisting with the identification and delivery of service support improvement
* Working with the Central IT Team defining project request scope (including out of scope) & approach
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* High proficiency of JDA to super user level as a minimum
* A strong track record in IT delivery with a broad understanding of everything that goes into running a warehouse IT function
* IT Project management experience, ideally a PRINCE2 Practitioner
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
