GP with Extended Role – Primary Care – Urgent Care Walk In Service (Fixed‑term until 31st March 2027)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide medical advice, assessment and urgent medical services in the primary care walk‑in centre at Hawick Community Hospital and at Borders General Hospital or in other community settings as needed.
* Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team of professional and administrative colleagues to deliver unscheduled care services to the public within Borders.
Role Details
Flexible hours with a salaried GP scale of £77,160 – £115,167 pro rata to a 40‑hour week, full‑time placement dependent on prior service.
