Creative Planner, Remote Working – Up to £65K / £450 per day dependent on experience. Six month contract.
We’re looking for a Creative Planner. As a Creative Planner, you will bridge the gap between creative concepts and strategic objectives. Your role will involve analysing market trends, understanding consumer behaviour, and working collaboratively with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to develop innovative campaigns and solutions that meet client needs and business goals.
If you’ve been a Creative Planner for around five years’ experience, and come from a social / digital / experiential agency then this is for you. You’ll help create and connect ideas into digital consumer experience. We’re looking for a Creative Planner who can put together an “experience plan” (i.e. what creative goes into which part of the overall campaign). You’ll have knowledge of how each part of the campaign works so the agency can fit it, make it, and invent it.
Key responsibilities for this Creative Planner:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to craft clear, actionable creative strategies for campaigns and projects.
- Campaign Development: Work with designers, copywriters, and content creators to transform concepts into well-defined campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research into industry trends, competitors, and consumer insights to help inform creative decisions.
- Creative Briefing: Write clear, detailed creative briefs that outline objectives, target audience, messaging, and deliverables for the creative team.
- Brand Development: Ensure that all creative outputs align with the brand's identity and voice.
Key requirements for this Creative Planner:
- 5 years of experience in a creative or strategic planning role.
- Strong experience in social / digital / experiential.
- Experience with campaign management, creative strategy, or brand development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong understanding of creative processes and ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
