HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day generalist role, partnering with General Managers and senior stakeholders.
2. Case management: advising and supporting grievance, performance, disciplinary, and absence matters; coaching stakeholders.
3. Delivery of the Group-wide HR strategy.
4. Manage employee relations issues, including proactive management of relationships with employee representatives and trade unions.
5. Support the development and delivery of people plans across multiple units.
6. Influence HR policies and processes to meet business needs.
7. Ensure effective performance management processes.
8. Manage Tribunal proceedings with ACAS intervention as needed.
9. Handle TUPE management.
10. Experience advising on HR matters such as grievance, disciplinary, performance management, and absence.
11. Experience managing cultures and implementing change proactively.
12. Problem-solving skills, system expertise, and a proactive attitude.
13. Experience working in Logistics.
14. CIPD qualification.
