We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 7–11, helping them to achieve their full potential in a positive and engaging learning environment.

Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and activities.
- Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning and provide targeted support.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils’ social and emotional development.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and extracurricular activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children in a school setting (KS2 experience desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous but not essential.
