RESTUARANT SUPERVISOR - DICKEN'S INN, ST.KATHERINE'S DOCKS, LONDON
Fixed term contract until end of September 2026!
Pay Rate: £14.33 per hour
Contract: Full Time (30-40 hrs)

Shift times between 10am and 12am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

2. Due to some responsibilities within the Restaurant Supervisorrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
3. Previous event or table service experience is required for this role.
ABOUT THE RESTUARANT SUPERVISOR ROLE:
4. Lead the team during functions and events to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
5. Set up event spaces and prepare for service to ensure everything is ready to a high standard.
6. Help create memorable and special experiences for guests celebrating important occasions, including weddings.
7. Support the team on the floor with table service, food running and drink service when needed.
8. Supervise day-to-day service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the event.
9. Be the go-to person for team and guest queries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
10. Work closely with colleagues to keep service organised, efficient and welcoming at all times.
11. Keep all areas clean, tidy and presentable throughout service.
12. Lead by example with a hands-on approach and support the team during busy periods.
