Spa guests also enjoy complimentary access to our 20-metre pool, hydrotherapy pool, poolside thermal experiences, state of the art gym and fitness studio. What’s the role? As Spa & Leisure Manager, you will be joining an established management team in a business that is constantly investing in its facilities and its people. You will be leading a team of 15 therapists along with the fitness team, ensuring that the treatments and journey our guests experience during their stay is the absolute best-in-class. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the overall Spa & Leisure Strategy which, with the support of our Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR teams, will include planning and implementing sales and marketing activities; forecasting, budgeting and reporting for the year ahead; recruiting, developing and training a talented team, and generally managing the achievement of a successful Spa & Leisure business.
