Sales Office Administrator Full time Office based We are currently seeking a Sales Office Administrator for our busy Hockley office. This position supports the sales function by providing excellent administrative support and customer service. As the front line for incoming calls, you have the first opportunity to make a big impression! When not answering calls and responding to emails, you will be busy with tasks such as, but not limited to: Order and quotation processing Loading the daily courier requirements into the carrier systems Liaising with transport regarding customer deliveries Processing purchase orders for bespoke requirements Supporting the wider office with adhoc business requirements, such as gathering and posting samples, filing, chasing suppliers for deliveries Personal Attributes Excellent organisational / administration skills Excellent attention to detail Good interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication Accuracy Methodical Good telephone skills Articulate Able to work to deadlines and under pressure If you care about customer satisfaction, will go the extra mile to support the customer and your colleagues, are confident and ready to become part of team a that has opportunities for career development then we would love to hear from you.
