This is the ideal role for an experienced Admin Assistant who is looking to join a company where they can expect long term career prospects.
As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with administration duties;
Your duties will include:
* Liaising with the Warehouse Manager regarding stock levels
* All aspects of office administration
* Answering telephones and taking messages
* Contacting suppliers and customers
* Assisting with managing accounts
* Using Excel spread sheets to input data
* Negotiations with new suppliers
* Setting up new products on the internal inventory system
* Booking deliveries and transport in and out
* Full control of all export sales both globally and in the UK
To be considered for the role of an Admin Assistant you must have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* The commercial awareness of how a business works
* Due to the location of the client it is essential to have your own transport
